SITE FACTS.

The North Beach project is a three part project; the first part being a “Triangle” shaped parcel neighboring the Beach Club which is currently a paved and metered parking lot with no public amenities. The second part encompasses a lot referred to as the El Camino Real lot. The third part is a vacant lot referred to as the “Marblehead” parcel, which is adjacent to a planned hilltop community park on Pico and connected by an existing concrete culvert to El Camino Real. We will use the names “Triangle” and “Marblehead” and "El Camino Real" to refer to the three distinct sites.
