We believe that personalized involvement is essential to the livelihood and ongoing success of the North Beach, Gardens by the Sea project. As part of our long term commitment to San Clemente, LAB Holding, LLC will have an on site staff dedicated to ongoing community development efforts, as in all our other projects and unlike conventional developers. This not only includes nurturing our own tenant relationships, but interfacing and support of the many San Clemente established business, artisan and charitable groups.

When completed, we intend these grounds to compliment and become extensions of the already rich history of San Clemente traditions and festivals. We intend to enliven these spaces with local musicians, artisans, painters, and hosting charity events. LAB Holding has already contributed to the support of Casa Romantica, the local Rotary groups, arts organizations, Ole Hansen Beach Club events, high school scholarship programs and the senior center, among others. We intend to grow as an important contributor and participant in the culture of San Clemente.
